Sales Specialist

Naqada is a young startup specializing in the sales and marketing of fresh fruits and vegetables sourced from the highest quality producers.


We are hiring for the role of Sales Specialist who will be responsible for generating leads and purchase orders from our target customers who are fresh produce importers, wholesalers and supermarkets in the Baltic countries, Finland and Scandinavian countries where possible. The remuneration for this role is exclusively commission based and Sales Specialists will work exclusively remotely.

An ideal candidate should:
• Have excellent communication and organization skills
• 1-3 years of experience in a related field.
• Be able to engage potential customers to generate leads and close deals
• Be able to nurture and grow customer relationships with time
• Be capable of meeting their sales targets
• Be able to use MS Office suite without trouble and have a working and stable internet connection
• Have the necessary language skills to be able to engage potential customers in the Baltic region. English and Finnish are a must. Other languages are a plus
• Be willing to work exclusively on a commissions basis
• Be willing to work remotely and effectively
