I would like to rent a furnished apartment in Riga, Center, Area: minimum 20м², Number of rooms: 1-2 rm.
With utilities: max 420€
Without utilities: max 300€
Property can be a little bit outside the city centre, but preferably not more than ~5km.

I am a young calm retired man from Scandinavia with fixed income, no smoke and no pets. Has been living in Riga since 2020.
If utilities and rent is combined (fixed price), that is a plus, but not required.
