The interior of the house combines classic and modern elements, creating a cozy atmosphere. The backyard garden has apples, pears, plums, peaches, gooseberries, raspberries, strawberries and currants. There is a small pond.
On the first floor there is an elegant living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, a bathroom with a shower and a spacious entrance hall. On the second floor there are two cozy bedrooms, a bathroom with a bathtub and a balcony. In the basement there is a bedroom with a large wardrobe and an additional utility room.
The first floor of the house is built from aerated concrete blocks, the second floor from a wooden frame. Cotton wool was used to insulate the house. The fireplace heats the upstairs bedrooms and the ground floor annexe. The basement and first floor have warm floors, which are divided into blocks and can be used as needed. The house has gas heating. Water from the spice. Sewage - septic tanks.
