According to the spatial plan, the property is located in the zoning Industrial facilities and warehouses (RR), which allows its use for the following purposes:

The City Council has approved the construction of a northern bypass bridge across the Driksa and Lielupe rivers, which will connect Atomda Street to the north-west with the other side of Jelgava - Kalniecma Road and the Loka motorway. From a future perspective, this is a major added value for the land, as the bridge will shorten and facilitate transport and freight links to the other part of the city and the motorways, diverting traffic away from the city centre.
