This Privacy Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") shall be a public offer and shall define the terms of use of the data and services posted on the website on the Internet at: www.mm.lv, by users of this website (hereinafter referred to as the "Website" ). The Website shall be the property of MEK Ltd. and designed to provide website users with the ability to publish and view ads for the purpose of searching for visitors to enter into transactions. This Agreement shall apply to all information that MEK Ltd. may receive about the user while using the Website. All currently existing services, as well as any development of them and/or the addition of new ones, shall be the subject to this Agreement. Use of the Website shall mean the User's unconditional consent to this Agreement and the terms of processing his/her personal information specified therein; In case of disagreement with these conditions, the User should refrain from using the Website.

MEK Ltd. - a legal entity registered in accordance with the legislation of Latvia, which operates through the Internet resource (Online Bulletin Board) www.mm.lv.

Website Services - all services available for use on the Website www.mm.lv.

Personal Information - information that the User individually provides about him/her when registering (creating an account) or in the process of using the Services, including the User's personal information (e-mail address, name, surname or nickname, phone number, address).

User - any natural or legal person who voluntarily passed registration and received an account for using the Services of the Website.

Privacy - a personalized interface of the Website with a set of user tools for using personalized Services of the Website.

Privacy Agreement - the present User Agreement governing the relations between MEK Ltd. and the User during the entire period of the User's provision and access to the personalized services of the Website.

3.1. For registration, as a result of which a unique account will be created for the User, the User undertakes to provide reliable and complete information about him/her on the issues proposed in the registration form and/or the form of editing the data in the User account and to keep this information up to date. If the User provides incorrect information or MEK Ltd has reason to believe that the information provided by the User is incomplete or unreliable, MEK Ltd. shall be entitled, at its discretion, to lock or delete the User's account and deny the User in the use of its services (or their individual features).

3.2. In the event that the data specified during registration does not allow us to identify the User, MEK Ltd. may refuse to allow the User to access the account and use the services of the Website.

3.3. When registering, the User shall specify the e-mail address and password for accessing the account. MEK Ltd. shall be entitled to prohibit the use of certain e-mail addresses, and also to establish requirements for the password (length, permissible symbols, etc.).

3.4. The User shall be solely responsible for the security (resistance to guessing) of his/her chosen password to access the account, as well as independently ensure their confidentiality. The User shall be solely responsible for all actions (and their consequences) within the framework or using the services of the Website under the account of the User, including cases of voluntary transfer by the User of data for access to the User account to third parties under any terms (including under contracts or agreements). In this event, all actions within the framework or using the services of the Website under the account of the User shall be deemed to be made by the User himself/herself, except for the cases when the User, in the order provided for in clause 3.5 of this Agreement, has notified MEK Ltd. of unauthorized access to the services of the Website using the User account and/or any violation (suspicion of violation) of the confidentiality of his/her means of accessing the account./span>

3.5. The User is obliged to immediately notify MEK Ltd. about any case of unauthorized (not authorized by the User) access to the services of the Website using the User account and/or any violation (suspicion of violation) of the confidentiality of his/her means of access to the account.

3.6. MEK Ltd. shall be entitled to lock or delete the account of the User, and also to prohibit access by using any account to certain services of the Website without explaining the reasons, including if the User violates the terms of the Agreement or the current legislation of Latvia, as well as in case of non-use of the Website, account by the User for more than 12 months.

3.7. The User shall be entitled to delete his/her account on the Website at any time by using the corresponding feature of the User account or by contacting the Customer Support Service of MEK Ltd.

3.8. Since the account has been deleted, it shall be impossible to restore the account and access to the services of the Website using this account.

4.1. MEK Ltd. shall collect, process and store personal information that is necessary for providing the Services on the Website.

4.2. MEK Ltd. shall use the User Personal Information for the following purposes:

4.2.1. Improvement of the quality of the Services, ease of use, development of new Services and facilities;

4.2.2. Informing the User about actions and events held by MEK Ltd;

4.2.3. Carrying out statistical research based on impersonal data;

4.2.4. Sending news items 1-2 times a week;

4.2.5. Providing contact information such as (name, surname, phone number, e-mail address) to other users of the Website within the limits of the publications published by the User;

4.2.6. Providing visitors to the Website the opportunity to send emails to Users in the context of published publications;

4.3. MEK SIA, due to the specifics of the way information is received, shall not verify the authenticity of the personal information provided by the User and shall not control its relevance. However, MEK Ltd. shall assume that the User provides reliable and personal information on the issues offered in the registration form and maintains this information up to date. The entire responsibility, as well as the possible consequences for providing unreliable or inconclusive personal information shall be borne by the User.

5.1. MEK Ltd. shall store and process the User Personal Information in accordance with the current regulatory enactments.

5.2. MEK Ltd. shall protect the User Personal Information in accordance with the requirements for the protection of such information and shall be responsible for using safe methods of protecting such information.

5.3. With regard to the User Personal Information, its privacy shall be preserved, except for cases of voluntary provision of information about him/her for general access to an unlimited number of persons.

5.4. To protect the User Personal Information, ensure its acceptable use and prevent unauthorized and/or accidental access to it, MEK Ltd. shall apply necessary and sufficient technical and administrative measures. The personal information provided by the User shall be stored on servers with limited access located in protected premises.

5.5. MEK Ltd. shall be entitled to transfer the User Personal Information to third parties in the following cases:

5.5.1. The transfer is necessary in the context of the User's use of a certain Service or for rendering services to the User, fulfilling obligations under the Agreement;

5.5.2. The transfer is provided by the legislation of the Republic of Latvia within the limits established by the legislation procedure.

6.1. The User may at any time change (update, supplement) the provided personal information by using the feature of editing personal information in the User account.

6.2.6.2. The User shall be entitled to demand at any time the deletion of the account and the personal information stored in it, by contacting the Customer Support Service of MEK Ltd. at info@mm.lv or by calling +371 28887355.

7.1. The User shall be entitled to refuse to confirm this Agreement, if any of its terms are unacceptable for the User.

7.2. The User shall confirm that his/her acceptance of the Agreement (by marking the "I Accept the User Agreement" checkbox) means the User's full consent with all its terms and conditions without exception. Including, by accepting this Agreement, the User shall give his/her consent to MEK Ltd. on:

- receiving information about special offers, new products and promotions through SMS-mailing, e-mailing and processing of personal data by means of collection, recording, accumulation, storage, retrieval and, use, carried out with the use of automation, in order to improve the Service of provided services;

7.3. The User's consent with the terms of the Agreement, including the procedure for processing personal information, shall be effective from the moment the User accepts this Agreement by marking the "I Accept the User Agreement" checkbox.

8.1. MEK Ltd. shall be entitled to amend this Privacy Agreement without any special notification to the User. When making changes to the current version, the date of the last update shall be indicated. The new version of the Agreement shall come into force from the moment of its posting. The current version shall always be posted on this page.
