We invite an employee for the position - SMM specialist. The scope of the company - iGaming.


Primary requirements:

• Work experience in a similar position for at least 2 years;
• Availability of successful cases;
• Experience in promoting Instagram/Facebook, experience in promoting Telegram channels (placement in directories, advertising on other channels, setting up targeted advertising, collaborations, etc.);
• Understanding the algorithms of social networks and instant messengers, the ability to quickly integrate new trends, formats, tools into work;
• Knowledge of the possibilities and limitations of social media: VKontakte, Facebook, Instagram, Odnoklassniki, YouTube, Twitter and others;
• Active participation in work and creative thinking;
• Willingness to maintain multiple accounts in social networks;
• Understanding the importance of meeting deadlines;
• Experience with web analytics services (Google Analytics, Yandex.Metrika and others);
• Ability to write engaging posts, competent speech (oral and written);
• Ability to work with advertising exchanges in social networks and knowledge of the advantages and disadvantages of each in order not to waste advertising budgets, as well as the ability to work with cross-posting and delayed posting services.

Main responsibilities:

• Participation in the development and implementation of the marketing strategy;
• Development of a strategy to promote brands in social networks;
• Analysis of the market, audience and competitors;
• Development and implementation of the content plan;
• Creation and development of profiles/groups in social networks, their regular filling with content;
• Generation and design of content: text, photo, video, infographics, etc.;
• Attracting and increasing the base of "live" subscribers, increasing the audience;
• Formation and increase of brand loyalty;
• Working with brand mentions in social networks, reputation marketing;
• Page moderation, work with comments, reviews, criticism. Increasing user activity in groups/channels;
• Interaction with the audience, responses to requests;
• Communication with bloggers;
• Writing engaging and unique posts, creating quality content;
• Monitoring the effectiveness of page promotion;
• Setting up and running advertising campaigns using targeted advertising on Facebook and Instagram;
• Analytics of results, selection of the best parameters;
• Preparation of reports and formation of conclusions / recommendations.
