Cnc Operators

Staffgate is seeking two skilled and motivated CNC operators to join our team working with machining centers. We offer an immediate employment opportunity in a permanent position. The job involves operating both horizontal and vertical machining centers. Our new machine is equipped with Okuma controls, while the rest of our machines utilize Fanuc controls.
Responsibilities:
• Perform CNC machining operations on horizontal and vertical machining centers.
• Monitor machine operations and ensure the quality of the produced parts.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and instructions.
• Ability to program using CAM software, particularly Fusion 360 (prior experience is not mandatory, but willingness to learn is important).
• Manufacture small batch quantities of approximately 1-10 pieces.
• Demonstrating efficient and productive work to be compensated accordingly.
Requirements:
• Solid experience in CNC machining and a good understanding of machining center operations.
• Proficiency in operating Okuma controls and familiarity with Fanuc controls.
• Strong English language skills, including technical terminology.
• CAM programming skills, specifically with Fusion 360 (prior experience is not mandatory, but a desire to learn is essential).
• Ability to work independently, excellent teamwork skills, and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Immediate availability for work.
