Must be self-motivated, confident, pro-active and ambitious individual with at least 3-5 years experience in a CNC environment, and have the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
This individual should be extremely competent,
confident, and experienced in managing, planning, and leading.

Requirements:
Self-starter, Strong motivation, and results-oriented attitude
Appropriate personality for leading and mentoring.
Ability to anticipate/identify/analyze bottlenecks and workarounds through
Monitor tooling costs, and work with the machining teams to provide overall departmental cost reductions
English language skills basic level.
