Fish Product Quality Controller / Men or Women/
-Departure - June. Possible employment contract 2-4 months. The working period can be adjusted individually.
-Salary / from NOK 210 per hour before taxes.
- number of hours 180-240 h / month. and more by consensus, depending on the warehouse during the season time.

Requirements:
-Continuous quality control of all fish products. Recording and documentation, recording of deviations using predefined methods and connecting to the data system. Therefore, experience in such a position is important.
-Continuous quality monitoring of all fish products, recording of damaged fish, blood points, recording changes in odor, recording odors. Which are important to evaluate quality.
-Quality control by weighing method, evaluation of cutting, meat content, and control of damaged fish and stomach contents.
-Familiar with fish HACCP (Hazard Analysis (and) Critical Control Point) in the fish industry.
-Reports are generated at an early stage by the Exel or Marel Innova program, which is directly integrated with the Weight Management System.
-Can work individually and perform continuous quality maintenance work. The work is maintenance-oriented. Therefore, experience in such a position is important.

-Work experience according to the candidate position
-Work experience in a fish processing company (would be an advantage)
-Experience of a similar nature in Norway is an advantage
-Good knowledge of your field of work
-Ability to work in a team
