International Travel Advisor

Voyagu a San Francisco-based travel tech startup that connects U.S. premium travelers with travel advisors for better and easier planning, booking, and managing of their trips. We seek energetic Travel Advisors who are knowledgeable in international travel.

As an International Travel Advisor, you will be part of our Voyagu International Travel Advisors Team, booking and managing travel for the U.S.-based premium clientele.
You will interact with well-traveled people to plan, book, manage and support their international trips.

It is an exciting opportunity to combine your knowledge of international travel with sales and customer support skills to build relationships with your clients and be a valuable expert for all their travel needs.

access to the travel management platform to increase your operational efficiency, simplify searching and booking, trip management, and post-booking client support
very competitive travel inventory, variety of travel products, exclusive offers, and special deals
support from all functions to back your focus on high-quality customer care
industry updates, relevant training, and certifications
We Expect You To:

Be fluent in English;
Demonstrate proven experience working and/or communicating with US native speakers or have an international background related to the US.
Have a minimum one year of experience in the Travel industry or in selling travel (airfare, hotels, etc.)
Understand international travel
Be excited to work with the premium American clientele
Have excellent communication, persuasion skills, and learning agility
Drive the opportunity to set, manage and grow profitable relationship-based client accounts
Be assertive and competent in problem-solving
Love challenges and handles stressful situations with a smile
Engage in teamwork and be flexible
What You Will Do:

Qualify incoming prospects to turn them into business opportunities;
Identify client travel needs to match with the right company product for the client;
Navigate your client through the product options to close the deal with you;
Master customer care skills to ensure perfect client experience, loyalty and recommendation;
Establish 1-on-1 relationships with your clients to be a trusted business partner for all their travel;
Working in a team of 4-6 advisors together with a team leader;
Completing sales targets;
Make mistakes, but dont make the same mistake twice. No one has ever done what we are doing, so fasten your seatbelt.
Work Hours:

Your work hours will be in sync with the U.S. time zones.
Our offices:

We have modern, prime office locations worldwide for all office-based and hybrid positions.
Remote-based positions get our assistance in setting up your workplace and have the possibility for occasional use of coworking in some locations.
