Looking for a loving home for Marinette

Meet Marinette, a sweet 4-year-old girl with a gentle soul, a tiny body, and a heart that is slowly learning what it means to trust.

Marinette is naturally very small and petite. She has always been this way, and her size is completely healthy and normal for her.

Before she had a home, Marinette spent much of her life surviving on the streets. While pregnant, she wandered into a local business looking for a safe place to give birth. That's where the person who changed her life found her and gave her a chance to live indoors.

Life on the streets taught Marinette to be quiet, careful, and grateful for every little kindness. She never demands attention, never causes trouble, and always seems determined to be the "good girl." Sometimes it feels as though she still can't quite believe that she finally has a warm bed, food, and people who care about her.

Marinette is an incredibly gentle and affectionate cat, but learning to trust people took time. It took her almost a full year before she felt brave enough to approach people on her own for affection. That journey shows just how much progress she has made. Today she enjoys gentle pets and quiet company, but she needs a calm, patient family that will continue letting her build confidence at her own pace.

She gets along wonderfully with other cats and avoids conflict whenever possible. However, she is very afraid of dogs, so she would be happiest in a home without them.

- Rabies vaccination completed (it will need to be renewed before travelling abroad)

Sadly, Marinette's owner had to move to the United Kingdom and was unable to take her along. She is now looking for a loving forever home where she will be understood, respected, and never rushed.

We will only rehome her into responsible, loving hands. We can personally bring her to any city in Latvia, and, if needed, we can also arrange transport to Lithuania.
